THE FIVE BASIC QUESTIONS: This tool is based on research on questions that employees respond favourably to in high performance organizations.

Once you have selected a standard on-line survey that you would like to use then take the following steps...

STEP 1.  Send your contact information and the name of the on-line questionnaire you would like to use to  al_holmes@mts.net or give us a call at 204-389-4149.

STEP 2. Once we have made arrangements for payment, we will launch your survey, which means we will send you a link to your version of the standardized on-line survey.  You will use this link to invite participants to respond via e-mail or a link on your website. We will also send you another link  so that you can access survey results as they come in.

Most of our standardized on-line  surveys can be launched  for $300.00 or less. This price includes providing a link that you can e-mail to respondents or place on a website, and a second link that gives you direct access to the survey results as they arrive.
